The nature of working in such a challenging and regulated industry, requires an experienced nuclear project management team, with the technical and management skills to deliver and to provide innovative bespoke engineering methods to solve the most complex of decommissioning projects. A high focus on safety is paramount and this is at the planning at every stage of the project.
This is achieved through the groups own in house companies, which provide specialist demolition, decommissioning, asbestos removal, civil and structural engineering, project and cost management and health and safety services.
Following a full management review of the project, a decommissioning strategy would be produced highlighting project specific methodology, environmental impact reports and feasibility studies.
