ANCILLARY WORK

Squibb Group are able to offer ancillary services to complete their package of works.

These include the removal of site contamination which as a registered waste carrier we are able to carry out using our own fleet of modern transport. Once contamination has been identified by the Client and areas and amounts quantified then Squibb Group will remove the material to a licensed landfill facility appropriate for the particular contamination whether it be heavy metals, hydrocarbons or materials containing Asbestos. If necessary sheet piling can be supplied as support during the lowering of the site levels. Squibb Group Limited are also able to supply the above service if contamination has not been identified but a reduced level dig is required to suit the new build i.e. a basement or underground car park.

If required Squibb Group can also offer a landscaping service including the creation of car parks on land that has been cleared or decontaminated.
