HEMEL HEMPSTEAD - KODAK TOWER
Identification and removal of asbestos. Full independent scaffold with monoflex protection. Strip out interiors including removal of suspended ceilings, raised floors, partitions, all mechanical and electrical installations including perimeter heating. Removal of lift installations together with the lift motor room and plant rooms . Careful removal of all the cladding panels from the tower and demolition of the top 3 floors. Demolition of ancillary office buildings and reinforced concrete car park, removal of road bridge over the public highway and access ramps. All the arisings were crushed and removed from site.
