The Dickens and Jones store in Regent Street in London’s busy West End was converted into a series of smaller retail outlets.

The project involved the identification and removal of substantial quantities of asbestos materials, complete soft strip, selective demolition and removal in phased sequence with significant logistical problems on a confined site.

In such a prominent site there were naturally major health and safety issues related to the public.
